We currently offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

From where do you ship? What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all our packages from our warehouses located in North America, Australia, Asia, or Europe, depending on the ordered product(s) and your location. The shipping methods used are EMS, ePacket, First-Class Package International, or Registered Airmail, depending on the weight, size of the product(s), and your location. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide free shipping to many countries worldwide, except for a few countries where shipping is not possible.

Who is responsible for customs fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to pay any local custom fees that may be applicable to your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, with estimates ranging from 7 to 45 business days. Due to the recent pandemic, logistics have slowed down, and shipping times may take longer than usual.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide tracking information via email once your order has shipped. You can check the delivery status here: Track Your Order

If you haven't received tracking information within five working days, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages for logistical reasons. However, you won't be charged extra shipping charges, and all items ship for free, no matter how many you order.

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you don't receive your package within the specified timeframe. However, sometimes orders may get sent out before we process the cancellation. If you receive the package, you can recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
